Comfort and Peace for You
and Your Beloved Pet

Every Family, Every Pet, and every story is special. Heart to Home was created to honour that bond by easing the transition in an unhurried and connected manner to help comfort your pet as they rest in your kindness and Love.

Although the beautiful memories and joy of this eternal bond will always remain with you, it is our goal to offer support through this difficult transition.

From the first conversation to the final moments, Dr. Velyvis will walk alongside you with clear information and calming guidance.

About In Home Pet Euthanasia

A gentle, peaceful crossing in the comfort of home.

Together we will commit to a peaceful crossing with a focus on listening and clear communication Dr Judy Velvis will take the time to understand your pets condition and your families needs before, during, and after our visit. That will include a sedation period in order to reduce any anxiety and possible discomfort your pet may be suffering from. Thereafter we arrange for you to be close by as the anesthesia is administered to allow for a progressive sleep state that quietly transitions into the final moment and farewell.

Quality-of-Life Guidance

Gentle guidance when you’re wondering if it’s time.

Deciding when to say goodbye is one of the hardest choices you’ll make for your beloved companion. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Dr. Judy Velyvis offers thoughtful, one-on-one quality-of-life consultations to help you understand your pet’s comfort, mobility, and daily joy. Together, we’ll explore what you’re noticing at home and what options may provide the most peaceful path forward.

  • Discuss changes in appetite, energy, pain and behaviour.
  • Review practical tools and “good days / bad days” tracking.
  • Consider timing for in-home euthanasia or continued care.
